For personalized orders, you are responsible for providing accurate designs, text, or specifications. We are not liable for errors in customer-submitted designs or instructions. By approving a design or placing an order, you acknowledge that digital previews are for visual representation only. Final products may vary slightly in color, size, placement, or stitching due to the nature of custom production. These variations do not constitute defects or production errors.

2.5 Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to accept or deny cancellation requests at our discretion.

2.6 Design Approval Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all order details, including spelling, design, sizing, and placement before finalizing your order. MakrMe is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

3.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters).

3.3 Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of production errors on our part. The determination of whether a production error has occurred is made at the sole discretion of MakrMe.
