What is embroidery?

Embroidery is a premium decoration method where your design is stitched directly into the fabric using high-quality thread. It creates a clean, textured, and long-lasting finish that won’t fade, crack, or peel.

What products can be embroidered?

We embroider on a wide range of items including:

  • Hats & caps
  • Polos & t-shirts
  • Hoodies & sweatshirts
  • Jackets & outerwear
  • Bags, backpacks & more

If you’re unsure, just reach out—we’ll let you know what works best.

Is there a minimum order?

Nope! We offer no minimums for most embroidery orders, making it perfect for both individuals and businesses.

Can I see a proof before production?

Sure! We review all designs before production and may reach out with a proof if needed to ensure everything looks perfect. You can also put in customer notes or special instructions if you would like to see a final proof before hand.

How is embroidery priced?

Typically embroidery will cost around $16.99 – $40 per item. Embroidery pricing is based on:

  • Design size
  • Complexity of the design
  • Quantity ordered

There may also be a one-time digitizing fee for new logos.

Do you charge a digitizing fee?

Typically yes—there is typically a one-time digitizing fee for new logos. However, it may be waived based on quantity size. Once your design is digitized, we can reuse it for future orders at no additional cost.

Will the embroidery look exactly like my design or proof?

Embroidery is created with thread, so it will have a slightly different look than a digital image on a screen. Our online design tool uses similar fonts for preview purposes, but they are not exact embroidery stitch fonts. To view how the true embroidery fonts map to our online fonts, click here. We carefully adjust and optimize every design to ensure it looks clean, professional, and stitches out properly.

What kind of designs work best for embroidery?

Embroidery works best with:

  • Simple, bold logos
  • Minimal small details
  • Clean lettering

Very fine details or tiny text may be adjusted to ensure a clean stitch.
