Refund and Returns

Overview

MakrMe provides clear guidelines for refunds and returns on both standard and custom orders. Because each item is made-to-order through embroidery, printing, or other customization methods, most products are not eligible for return. All sales are final. However, if a production error occurs on our part, we will review the issue and work to make it right. The determination of whether a production error has occurred is made at the sole discretion of MakrMe.

Policy Details
  • Non-Returnable Items: All products purchased online are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as noted below.
    • Production Errors: If a mistake was made by MakrMe during production (e.g., incorrect customization, defective manufacturing, or errors in monogramming/embroidery), we will correct the issue at no additional cost or offer in-store credit, at our discretion. The determination of whether a production error has occurred is made at the sole discretion of MakrMe.
    • Production Variations: Slight variations in color, placement, size, stitching, or material are normal in custom production and do not qualify as production errors.
    • Design Preview & Font Representation: Our online design tool provides a visual representation of your design for preview purposes only. Fonts and artwork shown may be mapped to similar embroidery or production-ready styles and may not exactly match the final stitched or printed result. These differences are expected and do not constitute a production error. To better understand how designs and fonts are translated into final production, please contact us.
  • Customer-Provided Information: MakrMe is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, including but not limited to spelling, design selection, sizing, uploaded artwork, or customization details.
  • No Other Exceptions: This policy applies to all online purchases, regardless of the product’s condition, reason for return, or time elapsed since purchase, unless due to a verified production error.
  • Warranty Information: Products are sold as-is, with no implied or expressed warranties unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase
  • Process for Production Errors: To report a production error, contact our team within 5 business days of the shipment being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please provide order details and gather photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide instructions for resolution if applicable. Claims submitted after this 5-day period will not be accepted.
  • Limitation of Liability: If a verified production error occurs, MakrMe may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit for the affected item. In all cases, MakrMe’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. MakrMe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Custom Orders & Quote Policy

All custom orders placed through a quote or design consultation are final sale due to the personalized nature of the products. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a error on our part. The determination of whether a production error has occurred is made at the sole discretion of MakrMe & follows the policy details above.
