At MakrMe, production times vary based on the product type, customization method, and current order volume. The timeframes below are estimates and may vary depending on order details. Our turnaround process is broken into three phases:

(1) Order processing

During order processing, we carefully review your order and design. If any clarification is needed, we will reach out via email. If your selected item is not in our stock, we may source apparel, products, or materials before production begins. The estimated timeframe is:

• Up to 5 business days

(2) Production

During production, your items are customized according to your specifications. Production time varies depending on the service and order details. Estimated production timeframe by services are:

Custom Embroidery (Logo / Text / Monograms):  3 to 6 business days

• May take longer during peak periods
• Rush orders may be available at additional cost

Screen Printing (Bulk Orders): 2 to 3 weeks

• Dependent on quantity, design complexity, and scheduling
• May be longer during peak periods.
• Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.

Heat Transfer: 3 to 6 business days

• Larger designs or multi-item orders may require additional time
• May be longer during peak periods.
• Rush orders may be available at additional cost

Hot Stamp / Emboss: 3 to 6 business days.

• May vary depending on material and placement.
• May be longer during peak periods.
• Rush orders may be available at additional cost.

(3) Quality Check

Before shipment, each item goes through a final quality check and is carefully packaged for delivery. The estimated quality check timeline is:

• Up to 3 business days

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. The estimated shipping transit time is:

•  3 to 6 business days after shipment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery directly with the carrier. Please review our shipping policy.

At MakrMe, we aim to deliver your order efficiently using trusted shipping carriers. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies. Once an item leaves our facility, MakrMe is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues during transit.

• Carriers: We primarily ship through USPS but may use other carriers depending on the order.
• Shipping Fees: A flat shipping fee is typically applied. The exact fee will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
• Carrier Responsibility: Once an item leaves our store and is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, MakrMe is no longer responsible for the item. We do not control delivery processes or timelines after shipment.
• Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier you selected.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Please use this to monitor your order’s progress or contact the carrier for assistance.
• Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 3 to 6 business days depended upon delivery location

• Oversize fee: $0.11 per sq in beyond 36 sq in
